We love Beth!!! Beth (our fantastic friend from LA for those of you who are not familiar) came to visit mid-May, and let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air! She got to meet Ez, and we got to cook together (she's an amazing chef), and we showed her some of the UT sites, downtown SLC, temple square, Park city. We also introduced her to some of UT finest cuisine, Cafe Rio, and Magleby's Fresh all-you-can-eat french toast breakfast with fruit and cream. Good food, good company, does it get any better? I think our favorite times together during the trip were errands in the car so we could get some good quality talking time (what girls do best) without little-people distractions.
